Primary Functions:

• Responsible for the direct care and training of clients.  
• Attend to all client needs and provide a safe environment.
• Attend in-service training as required
• Feeding clients
• Lift and transfer of clients
• Client activities 1:1 and small groups
• Driving, loading and unloading van
• Pushing wheelchairs
• Assistance with ADL skills

Other Essential Functions:

• General clean up
• Paperwork
• Food preparation
• Attend staff meetings
• Administration of medication
• Restocking of supplies
• Laundry
• Participate in fire drills and emergency evacuations
• Participate in fundraising activities
• Other duties as assigned
